I partially paid with a gift card and have requested a refund. Where is my money?

We do not store your payment information so anything paid to us must be returned or refunded via the original transaction on your order.

If you select to return an item(s) and request a refund, but have part paid via an E-Gift Card or credit voucher, the value paid via a voucher will be returned to you first, with any remaining value returned as a physical refund.

The value returned via E-Gift Card / credit voucher will be returned to the original code applied. The code will remain the same, and become valid to use again if it regains a balance.
