If you return a single item bought as part of a multi-buy discount offer (for example, 2 for £20, buy one get one 50% off) you will be refunded the full price of the item, minus any discount given in the offer.
If you return all items purchased with the multi-buy offer, then you’ll refunded with the full multi-buy value.
Mystery Boxes
To receive a full refund or store credit, please ensure all items from your Mystery Box are returned.
Mystery Boxes are not partially refundable.
We do not offer exchanges on Mystery Boxes or Mystery Box items.
Bundles
When you purchase items as part of a bundle, you will receive up to 35% off the total price of those items.
- If you return all items within the bundle, you’ll receive a full refund of the amount you paid.
- If you return only some of the items -for example, 3 out of 5 - the offer will be invalidated, and we will deduct the amount saved on the items returned, from your refund.
