Yes, all customers are liable for the cost of return shipping and any additional charges incurred, unless an item is faulty or has been sent in error.
Returns are to be logged via our online returns portal and can be sent back via a self postage option or DPD (select countries only).
If returning via a self postage option you may opt to use any courier you like but we do recommend using a trackable service for piece of mind.
