What can I do if my item becomes damaged or arrives faulty?

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please get in touch with us!

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us here within 30 days of receiving your order.
We will assess the issue and, depending on the circumstances, offer one of the following resolutions:

  • A replacement of the same item
  • A refund to your original payment method
  • Store credit for the full value of the item
  • A discount code for a future purchase

Please note you may be asked to return your item to us for further inspection, before receiving a full resolution.

To process your claim quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the item and the fault
  • A brief description of the issue

This policy does not cover:

  • Wear and tear from regular use
  • Damage caused by misuse, incorrect care, or unauthorised alterations.
