• When are pre-orders shipped?

  We will provide an estimated shipping date on all relevant product pages. This date can be subject to changes, depending on shipping. Orders will only ship once all items ordered are in stock. We are unable to part-ship orders.

• What if i want to cancel my pre-order?

  You can cancel any pre-order item/full order as long as it's before stock has arrived with Disturbia. Once stock has arrived, your order cannot be cancelled and it would need to be returned as outlined in our Returns Policy

• Can i return a pre-order?

  Yes! All pre-order products fall within our standard Returns Policy. Any items dispatched as part of a pre-order are eligible for return within 30 days (UK/US) or 40 days (EU/ROW) of the dispatch date.
