    Make sure you're logged into your account, and simply check the rewards page, or check your account page where your points are always on display.
  • How does refer a friend work?

    Head to the referral page and enter one or multiple of your friends email addresses you wish to refer. Your friend will receive a voucher for £10 off their first order of £50 or more (must be their first purchase). Once they have made their purchase, you'll receive 100 points for each referral!

  • How long does it take for my points to show?

    Most points will be visible on your account immediately. Purchase points will be added 30 days after fulfilment, in line with our returns policy.
  • Do my points expire?

    Your points will expire after 12 months of no activity in earning or redeeming points.
  • Can I earn points whilst using a gift card?

    Points will only be awarded for any payments made without a gift card. Example: If you place an order for £40 with a £25 gift card, 15 points will be added to your balance.
  • What happens if I make a return?

    Your points will automatically be deducted from your pending purchase points, and any remaining points will be added 30 days after fulfilment in line with our returns policy.
  • I would like to return an order that I have redeemed loyalty points on, how does this work?

    The points accrued from your initial purchase will still be returned to your account however any points redeemed as part of the discounted purchase will not be returned.   • Why is my points balance higher than my current tier?

    Tier placement is based on points earned within the past 12 months, not your total points earnt to date. That means even if your current points are high, your tier reflects your recent activity over the last year.
